Gerry's first career was in the energy industry where he served as an engineer, manager, corporate officer, board member and finally CEO. His real estate career began five years ago on the island of Kauai. Gerry and his wife Jackie moved to Scottsdale to be closer to grand children and friends. Gerry moved his real estate practice to Arizona where he was invited to join the prestigious Russ Lyon Company.
As a seasoned business professional, Gerry enjoys working with mature buyers and sellers who are going through significant life changes. Having made 11 corporate transfers (3 of them international) during his business career, he likes working with families who are relocating.
Gerry stays on the cutting edge of technology and with his ePRO designation has extensive analytical skills to provide information to deal with complex issues. He has a 30-year record of successful negotiations and can apply those skills to help buyers or sellers achieve the most beneficial deal.
Gerry is a graduate in engineering from the University of Tennessee and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Denver.
